food diary

DAY 1

B: Fruit and veggie smoothie- handfull of blueberries, frozen mango, and a cup of coconut milk. Tablespoon of ground flax seed and half tablespoon of chia seeds.

L: Bowl of Mom's Best Blue Berry Wheat Poms


D: (don't judge...) Juanita's and fresh guacamole


snacks: pumpkin seeds and tea!





DAY 2

B: Toast with vegan white chocolate peanut butter and a banana.

L: Salad with tofu, cashews, and dried cranberries. 

D: I don't really know what this is, but it was delicious. Veggies with tofu and noodles :)


snacks: my roommate's homemade apple empanadas! 

Day 3:

B: Oatmeal with flax seeds and agave nectar

L: Bag of carrots... Yeah, I know...

D: Leftovers from last night! Yum!

S: Chipotle roasted chickpeas from Nature box!

Day 4:

B: Cascade Farm Cinnamon Crunch cereal with coconut milk and a banana

L: Salad- spinach, apples, cashews, tofu, sweet potatoes, and balsamic vinaigrette 

D: Veggie soup and bread

snacks: some mango chucks and Molly Moon's! 

MANY DAYS LATER:
I've eaten a lot of delicious things... I've done a terrible job of updating this daily.... SORRY!
